Role Responsibilities Advise on a broad range of employment law issues including hiring, performance management, restrictive covenants, terminations, and workplace health and safety
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts of employment, policies, handbooks, and related documentation
Monitor legal and regulatory developments across Ireland and Europe and guide the business on compliance and risk management
Partner with HR and senior management on strategic employment matters, investigations, and internal process reviews
Manage external counsel and deliver employment law training to internal stakeholders
Key Requirements Qualified solicitor in Ireland or the UK with strong expertise in Irish employment law
Approximately 7+ years’ post-qualification experience, ideally from a top-tier law firm and/or in-house role
Proven ability to advise confidently across multiple European jurisdictions and engage senior business stakeholders
High-impact in-house role within a globally recognised, intellectually driven organisation
Broad exposure to complex European employment matters and senior decision-makers
