  • AS PART OF OUR REPORTING TEAM: You will lead a strong reporting team, accountable for delivering accurate, compliant, and data-driven finance reports and dashboards that enable effective business decision-making. You would be able to work in a very friendly fast-paced environment, side by side with colleagues responsible for different countries in Coca Cola Hellenic group, sharing knowledge and gaining an excellent experience. OUR NEW TEAM MEMBER NEEDS TO HAVE: 5+ years of reporting experience, preferably in fast-moving, multinational environments and are ready to apply your expertise in a high-impact role. Educational Foundation: You hold a degree in Finance or a related field-giving you the knowledge base to hit the ground running. People management experience would be an advantage : You are skillful in delivering results through others while ensuring their professional development Excel Mastery: You master Excel to manage and analyze data, optimize workflows, and create meaningful reports. Power BI proficiency: Strong expertise in Power BI to design, develop, and manage interactive dashboards and reports, translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders. ERP Expertise: You have hands-on experience with ERP systems and know how to navigate them efficiently. Bonus points if you're familiar with SAP. Fluency in English: You communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues across countries and functions. YOU CAN BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU MANAGE EFFICIENTLY: Reporting Management: Ensure timely and accurate monthly refreshes of reports, semantic models, and data sources, maintaining high data quality and reliability. Governance & Compliance: Own and execute monthly governance routines, ensuring full compliance with Group Finance standards and controls. Customer-centric Reporting: Drive the design and delivery of high-impact reports that enhance user experience and reporting efficiency. Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process improvements to strengthen data accuracy, consistency, and reporting effectiveness. Change Management: Lead reporting-related change initiatives, enabling smooth adoption through stakeholder engagement and clear communication. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Group and Local Finance and IT teams to translate data into actionable insights through standardized dashboards. Team Management & Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing reporting team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Performance Management: Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and drive continuous improvement to achieve individual and business outcomes.
