Responsibilities: Oversee, track, and develop strategies for managing project costs, budgets, workforce resources, commissioning processes, and overall project performance. Lead the setup of CSA activities, ensuring that optimal meeting, reporting documentation, and scheduling practices are established from the beginning. Maintain regular communication with key project stakeholders, including the client and design teams, to support project success. Ensure ongoing client satisfaction by focusing on project cost, scope, and timeline objectives. Actively monitor the projects health and safety standards, as well as the teams culture and behaviour. Track and guarantee that project quality targets are consistently met and surpassed. Requirements Degree in a relevant Engineering or Construction discipline. 8 years+ experience in a similar role. Experience leading large CSA construction teams. Experience working on Data Centre projects would be highly beneficial.
