You will lead a team, oversee daily operations, and ensure high service standards while maintaining a hands-on role in the department. What Youll Be Doing Supervising daily operations (claims, member queries, provider requests) Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team Monitoring productivity, quality, and service levels Managing attendance, scheduling, and staff performance Handling escalated customer and provider issues Ensuring compliance with healthcare and data protection regulations Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency What Were Looking For 35 years experience in medical insurance or healthcare administration 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred Strong understanding of claims or customer service operations Excellent communication and leadership skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Why Join Us?
