Greets customers Takes orders Creates quality Starbucks beverages Maintains and cleans the store A Starbucks Barista Job Duties include: Promoting the culture, value, and missions of Starbucks Providing excellent customer service to all guests Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor at all times Maintaining the store and anticipating the customer’s needs Always arriving at their shift on time and maintaining consistent attendance Being a great multi-tasker and able to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift Preparing beverages, food products, and handling cash Don’t worry too much if you don’t have much experience as we will do a good job training you!
