Supports team members in dealing with complaint handling and where necessary take over the management of that complaint. Identifies and proposes strategies to further develop service excellence and complaints management. Participate in Departmental Meetings as and when required. Work with their colleagues to develop new procedures, processes and guidelines to continually improve service delivery and customer satisfaction. Ensure that all staff members are aware of administrative processes, trained in the use of relevant technology and have a knowledge of the services, facilities and consultants. Monitor and ensure team compliance with hospital policies and procedures. Build and manage relationships with all administration staff to ensure complimentary ways of working. Maintain good knowledge of the Hospitals processes, services, facilities and consultants. Audit data to produce a monthly report which details activity against agreed KPIs for the administration team. Maintain and uphold procedures in relation to patient confidentiality and safe-keeping of patient records. Liaising with referring hospitals in regard to new and ongoing initiatives where required.
