  • Human Resources Recruitment Specialist Full Time Position We are currently recruiting for a HR Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team at Mater Private Cork .The HR Recruitment Specialist will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet organizational staffing needs. They will work with line managers to define job requirements, maintain applicant databases, and enhance the employer brand. This role ensures a positive candidate experience and adherence to compliance standards. The successful candidate will also be an educator and key point of contact for Line Managers, providing advice and support on all Human Resources issues. The successful candidate will be a team player with a can-do attitude. A strong understanding of employment law and best practise will be key. A proven track record in talent acquisition, on-boarding and performance management is required.     We are currently seeking to recruit a Permanent IT Service Desk Agent Job Title: IT Helpdesk Support Department: IT Operations Reporting Line:Chief Digital & Information Officer or nominee(s) Purpose of the Role:To provide a comprehensive IT helpdesk service to computer users within the hospital. Duties & Responsibilities: Be responsible for initial hardware, software and application support on all computing platforms in the hospital, escalating difficult problems as necessary. Managing a high volume of calls and completing them within the agreed SLA. Resolve support issues and document steps taken for future reference. To take ownership of 1st line support issues and seek closure ensuring all relevant support procedures are followed. Collation of helpdesk metrics for the department. Manage account creation and password resets. Installation and configuration of Citrix terminals and PCs around the hospital as required. Installation/upgrade of desktop software for all PCs. Maintenance of the hospital computer equipment including Printer maintenance. Administration of hospital staff on Office 365. Support of hospital mobile devices used in conjunction with hospital systems. Knowledge of the following technologies is also key: Windows 2008/2012 and/or 2016, Windows 7 and/or 10, Office 365 and Hosted Exchange, Antivirus and Antispam, Print Management. Be responsible for internal training on software as required. Creation and modification user accounts in Active Directly and Office 365. Experience supporting MS 365 suite of products. Install software and repair hardware and peripherals.
