Analyze complex issues and translate varied inputs into clear, actionable recommendations. Experiencing managing programs/projects for 3+ years using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Execute strategically from definition and design through implementation with accountability and strong delivery discipline. Collaborate effectively across functions and businesses, building strong relationships and solving problems constructively. Communicate clearly with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills; present and defend recommendations to varied audiences. Manage implementation of Business Resiliency plans, partnering with regional Resiliency teams to ensure plan effectiveness and satisfaction of ongoing requirements around plan testing. Ensure accurate universe of inter affiliate agreements, service level agreement, procedures, business resiliency plans, manage ongoing re-certification. Oversight of access permissions across the outsourced locations. Monitor industry and regulatory obligations on outsourcing and assesses the changing requirements with local outsourcing partner teams Report and present to senior management, risk committees and the board. Regularly review and working to ensure the team is operating within an appropriate control environment.
