You must be APA and / or CIP Qualified and have at least 2 years solid experience in Motor Claims. Knowledge and Skills: Experience working within the insurance industry. Experience handling of cradle to grave motor claims. The ability to manage and prioritise tasks. A proven ability to engage with persons within a professional environment, including clients, brokers, and solicitors. Ability to working as part of a team. They are full time roles and are office based, you will receive on-site training and our client will support APA & CIP exams. There are both Commercial and Personal lines roles available. The successful candidates should have: 1 Year Office or Contact Centre experience (not necessarily Insurance but that would be a distinct advantage) Household Renewals Experience is a distinct advantage Have strong customer service, sales and communication skills Be used to high call-volumes Have experience in cross-selling and up-selling Willing to learn and develop their career Interest in the financial services industry Have a friendly attitude and the ability to work on their own initiative Have superior written accuracy and attention to detail Have an APA or CIP qualification (or working towards either) Be familiar with the Relay quotation system (desirable but not essential) This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated, hard-working individuals who are looking to progress their career in the insurance industry. These are essential key roles providing assistance to clients who have intellectual disabilities with the aim of empowering clients to live to their best potential. The roles are residential care roles and are on a shift basis of 12 hours some are day shifts and some are night shifts. You will generally work 13 shifts each month. We also have a number of Day Care Roles, and Instructor / Supervisor Roles available Some of your duties will include: The provision of a quality of life and a supportive atmosphere for individuals that always acknowledges and respects the rights, equality and personal dignity of the individual and promotes their independence. Participating as a team member in the provision of support to the client. Co-operate and liaise with other relevant staff members on all matters affecting the care and identified needs of the individuals the team is supporting.
