We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Bartender to join our team across the O'Donoghue Ring Collection. Key Responsibilities of this role are: To take drink orders from guests and serve them while maintaining the highest level of customer service To ensure our 4 Star standards are achieved at all times To ensure that all hygiene regulations are adhered to at all times To work as part of the team, and being flexible at all times The ideal candidate for this position: Previous Bar experience is an advantage. Cocktail experience is an advantage Must have a good knowledge of beers, wines and spirits Must have a professional and friendly approach and focus on providing excellent customer service Must be able to work well in a busy environment and as part of a team. Awarded a 'Great Place to Work' in December 2022 - 2025 and Green Hospitality Certified. We are seeking a Group Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of the group's marketing activities, with a specific focus on developing and delivering new websites for the group alongside our booking engine provider. Outside of this key project, you will support where possible with the group's digital and social marketing strategy to drive maximum revenue and ROI, as well as developing and executing campaigns to support our overall sales objectives. You will be tasked with monitoring and analysing digital performance, recommending changes and improvements and ensuring the group's unique brands are represented in a consistent way across all digital channels. What you'll do: Assist with the roll out of new websites for the Collection's hotels including web design, booking engine optimisation and the renewal of digital campaigns. Work alongside our booking engine provider, providing assets and information in a timely manner to ensure the smooth progression of the project. Assist with copywriting for relevant new pages for the sites and support with photoshoots for new website photography and videography. Assist with the design and set up of new ad campaigns on Google ads and meta alongside our booking engine provider. Update, modify and continuously monitor select websites and booking engines throughout the collection to ensure consistency with key marketing objectives and business needs. Assist with the design of marketing collateral across the group including print adverts, brochures, digital communications etc. Work cohesively with food, beverage and operations teams across the Collection to ensure clear and concise messaging across our digital channels, supporting the wider marketing team where possible with social media, email campaigns and adhoc marketing duties. About you: 2 + years' experience in a similar marketing position is essential. Experience with content management systems and booking engine systems is essential. Diligence with copywriting and the ability to adopt a specific tone of voice is essential. Excellent time management and organisational skills required. Self-motivated and driven with the ability to use initiative in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team. Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite (Facebook/instagram) and LinkedIn is essential. Possess solid digital advertising knowledge; PPC, social media advertising. Flexible to work evenings and weekends in correspondence with business needs. Experience working within the hospitality industry is strongly desired. Why O'Donoghue Ring Collection? We are currently seeking a talented, dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to join our team onsite in Killarney. Role Overview: As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of the group's marketing strategy. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the marketing office, ensuring the smooth workflow of the team, coordinating marketing activities, and supporting the delivery of brand campaigns. This is a hands-on role requiring strong organisational skills, excellent digital marketing skills, creativity, and an exceptional eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Support in managing the daily operations and workflow within the marketing office to ensure timely and effective delivery of projects. Oversee digital marketing performance across the hotel portfolio, driving improvements in visibility, engagement, and direct bookings. Work closely with the revenue and hotel management teams to align marketing efforts with commercial objectives and seasonal strategies. Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, OTA, print, social media), ensuring alignment with the group's overarching strategy. Support the Director of Marketing in the planning and implementation of group-wide marketing initiatives. Monitor and report on key performance indicators for all marketing activities, using data insights to drive improvement. Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing content and collateral. Maintain brand guidelines across all communications and ensure adherence of guidelines by respective teams and partners. Assist in the planning and execution of photoshoots, influencer collaborations, promotional events, and PR activities. Champion brand storytelling that aligns with the luxury positioning of the collection. Key Requirements: Minimum 3+ years' experience in a senior marketing role within the hospitality or luxury brand sector. Proven ability to manage digital marketing strategy and performance across multiple brands or business units. Strong project management and team management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of brand alignment. Proficiency in working with various hospitality software (CRM/PMS/CMS/Microsoft Office and Google Suite) A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
