  • CQV Lockout & Tagout (LOTO) Coordinator (374420) Limerick Based - Rate c.€60.00 per hour Immediate start - 12 months initial contract. The Lockout& Tagout (LOTO) Coordinator is responsible for the planning, coordination, execution, and governance of energy isolation activities across pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities and projects. Key Responsibilities 1. LOTO Program Management Act as the single point of coordination for all LOTO activities within the designated area or project. Ensure implementation and compliance with the site LOTO policy, procedures, and standards. Review and maintain equipment-specific LOTO procedures, including: Electrical Mechanical Hydraulic Pneumatic Thermal Chemical and process energy Ensure all energy sources are identified, isolated, verified, and documented prior to work.

  • Rail Track Engineer / Designer (374438) Dublin Based - Rate c.€65.00 per hour Immediate start - 12 months initial contract. Assist in the development and implementation of network-wide track improvements, the purpose of which will be to improve network resilience, connectivity, flexibility, capacity, and services improvements. The individual will lead the updating of track maintenance standards and tolerances and advise on a programme of work to address all current and future track defects. Review the current rail operational and maintenance tolerances as described in the Operations and Maintenance contract recommending improvements, refinement and consistency of same Chartered engineer, with a minimum qualification of NFQ Level 8. A minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience in rail track design.

Production of works requirements for the asset renewals and upgrade of Railway signalling and AVLS systems, as well and production of tender documentation, technical design reviews, management of planning, installation, testing and commissioning aspects of the long-term asset renewals Chartered senior signalling systems engineer, with a minimum qualification of NFQ level 8 in an appropriate discipline. A minimum of 10 years experience in light rail or metro signalling systems. Must have contract management and technical writing expertise.

    Rolling Stock Engineer (374441) Dublin Based - Rate c.€75.00 per hour Immediate start - 12 months initial contract. Provision of auditing services covering the following areas: 1) Rolling stock maintenance process and activities carried out by the Luas Operations and Maintenance Contractor (the Operator); 2) Operators adherence to overall annual maintenance plan and implementation of robust Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS); 3) Control processes for replacement of new parts and overhauls; 4) Operators subcontractor control processes; Provision of independent professional reviews of the Operators technical modifications to current rolling stock configuration (either modification at component level or service/process). Monitoring of tram vehicle health, lifecycle cost tracking, maintenance planning, and support for asset replacement strategies. Chartered engineer, with a minimum qualification of NFQ Level 8. A minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience, at least 3 of which were in a railway rolling stock environment.

Assist in the development of a detailed plan for the controlled and phased expansion of the existing light rail network arising from the delivery of future lines (Finglas/Lucan/Poolbeg). Chartered engineer, with a minimum qualification of NFQ Level 8. A minimum of 10 years post-graduate experience in railway capacity planning. Experience in operations management preferred.
