This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-volume distribution operation with a strong team of over 60 staff including shift managers, leads, drivers, helpers, and admin support. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the full transport operation and distribution team. Ensure efficient daily dispatch and delivery of all customer orders. Liaise closely with sales and operations to resolve any issues promptly. Maintain high standards for vehicle upkeep, route planning, and compliance. Coach, develop and motivate your team to consistently meet service targets. Oversee transport compliance, safety, and backhaul collections. Champion health & safety procedures and ensure all policies are followed. Requirements 3+ years in a transport management or supervisory role within fast-paced, multi-drop operations. Experience in the food distribution sector is a plus. Full driving licence required; CPC is an advantage. Confident IT user (Outlook, Excel, Word). Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills. Strong knowledge of tachograph legislation, WTD, and Cork's transport geography. Excellent communication in fluent English.
