    About the Role Purpose of the Role: The Health Care Assistant is expected to engage in daily activities and routines of the service that they are working in, inclusive of direct support to service users, administration work and daily household tasks required of them.     About the Role About the Role We are currently seeking applications from registered Nurses interested in joining a team within a specialist medical residential service. The people we support within this children's service have complex medical needs in addition to their disability needs and we require a nurse to provide care for this specific service. The house is fully equipped to meet the needs of people we support and is also supported by an extensive multidisciplinary team who provide onsite therapy. The successful candidate will be expected to deliver effective, efficient, and quality assured care to all the people we support. Main Duties: Deliver individualised care to each person we support (in accordance with the care plan and best clinical judgment).
