    At Dornan we are currently recruiting for an experienced ehs advisor to cover a project in Limerick for us, specifically looking after night shift on site. The shift pattern is Mon - Wed 5pm - 5am and Thursday 5pm to 1am. The role requires hands on support, boots on ground presence for a pharmaceutical project. Your day to day will include: Support the delivery of Dornan's EHS strategy on a large‑scale pharmaceutical construction project, with a strong focus on electrical safety, permit‑to‑work systems and energisation controls. Conduct regular site inspections, audits and risk assessments (RAMS), ensuring compliance with Irish legislation, client EHS standards and Dornan procedures. Lead incident reporting, investigations and close‑out actions, promoting a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across electrical and subcontractor teams. Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety briefings specific to high‑risk electrical and pharma‑grade construction activities. Liaise closely with project management, client EHS representatives and subcontractors to drive high safety performance and achieve project EHS KPIs. What we are looking for: Recognised EHS qualification (e.g. NEBOSH General Certificate, NEBOSH Construction, or equivalent) with formal training in electrical safety and high‑risk construction activities. Minimum 3–5 years' experience in an EHS role on large‑scale construction projects, essentially within pharma, life sciences, data centres or cleanroom environments . Strong technical knowledge of electrical works including LV/MV systems, isolation/LOTO, temporary power, commissioning and energisation processes. Comprehensive understanding of Irish EHS legislation , Safe Electric standards, and experience working to strict client EHS governance and audit requirements.     At Dornan we are currently recruiting for a Integration Manager to work on our hyperscale GC data centre based just outside of Dublin. The role of the Integration Manager is to manage the integration between the construction and handover phase. This includes hosting weekly meetings with the clients team and providing weekly reports with updates. The integration manager also manages the Telecoms and security packages from a construction perspective so we would need someone with a technical background and someone that is comfortable dealing with sub-contractors. Responsibilities Undertake the role of a project leader within the project team with responsibility for management of people, commercial issues and an interface with the wider project team. Co-ordinate project team including 3rd party stakeholders towards achieving common goals for the project. Chair project meetings and provide progress reports and schedule updates directly to the client. Ensure best in class EHS processes are implemented and maintained through the full life cycle of the project. Develop and lead QA/QC processes from design co-ordination through to handover, in line with client expectations. Build relationships with multiple client teams to ensure fluid execution of Integration requirements. Produce and manage The Project Integration Plan. Early identification and effective management of project risks. Client and 3rd party stakeholder management. Provide On-Site Project Management for Structured Cabling Infrastructure Implementation. Desired Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in the data centre environment designing, implementing and certifying structured cabling systems. We are looking for a Intermediate Mechanical engineer that can work semi autonomously. Roles and responsibilities Design and coordination of mechanical building services. Management of the Design Process from Concept through to Construction stage. Preparation of reports and front-end studies. Detail Design of Mechanical Building Services. Coordination of Mechanical Services with other trades. Execution of Design Reviews. Preparing method statements and risk assessments (with construction team) for production activities. Prepare reports and front-end studies including capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take offs and tender schedules. Prepare technical and contract documentation for issue and analysing returned tenders. Keeping up to date the delivery schedule to control deliveries. Seeking to clarify queries with the Design team through request for information (RFI) system. Monitor progress against the program and issue progress reports. Producing look ahead programs to assist production. Carrying out Quality Control through inspections and snagging. Carrying out document control, recording & transmitting information. Qualifications Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services. Trade qualifications are beneficial but not essential. Experience 3-5 years relevant project experience. Pharmaceutical/Data Centre or similar highly regulated industry experience will be an advantage. Is comfortable in meetings and can host meetings with sub-contractors and vendors.
