This role ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and company procedures to maintain sample integrity and traceability throughout their lifecycle, while adhering to safety and warehouse protocols. Responsibilities: Follow all site safety procedures, including PPE requirements and safe handling of materials. Receive incoming retain samples and verify documentation. Log samples into the storage management system . What You'll Be Doing Working directly with site teams during ongoing works to identify and control risk Reviewing upcoming activities and advising on safe work sequencing Intervening where standards aren't being met and helping resolve issues on the ground Supporting site management with safety planning, documentation, and compliance checks (EHS System) Carrying out site visits focused on behaviour, standards, and conditions Delivering short, practical safety briefings that crews actually engage with Tracking actions, incidents, and improvements using internal digital systems Providing clear, practical guidance to management where changes are needed Who This Role Suits Someone who has worked on construction sites, not just audited them A safety professional comfortable challenging unsafe practices without shutting sites down unnecessarily A communicator who can deal confidently with operatives, supervisors, and senior staff Someone organised enough to manage multiple sites without micromanagement What You'll Need 2+ years' experience in a Health & Safety or site compliance role A recognised Health & Safety qualification Experience in construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure works Solid understanding of Irish safety legislation in a live site environment Full Irish driving licence What's Offered Competitive salary aligned to experience.
