We are recruiting a Planner to join our building team in Making Possible Project planning using Primavera P6, MS Project or Asta. Project progress measuring & monitoring. Project progress reporting. Coordinate schedules with site management, design teams & contractors. Understand & maintain the contract programme. Subcontractor progress monitoring. Develop & monitor KPI's. Measure quantities from drawings to generate progress reports. Assist with integration of programmes into BIM models (4d planning). Relevant Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years previous planning experience. Proven experience in a planning role in the building construction industry (main contractor experience preferred). Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and lead times. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to take a multi-disciplined approach to building projects.
