  • My Dublin based client is recruiting for a Service Delivery Director to join the team on a permanent basis, This role will be hybrid working. The organisation is undertaking a large-scale, multi-year transformation programme to modernise its supply chain operations and establish a robust digital backbone. This includes a major ERP transformation to SAP S/4 and the expansion of distribution capabilities through the development of a new national facility. The Service Delivery Director will play a pivotal leadership role within this transformation, accountable for ensuring the seamless transition of technology solutions from programme delivery into stable, high-performing operational service. Key Accountabilities Lead the structured transition of technology solutions from programme delivery into operational support, ensuring readiness, resilience, and service continuity. Define and implement the long-term vision and operating model for Service Delivery, aligned to organisational strategy and growth ambitions. Establish a scalable service management framework incorporating governance, standards, controls, and best practices to drive consistency and quality across all technology initiatives. Build strong, trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders, internal technology teams, and third-party providers to ensure alignment and shared accountability. Drive operational excellence through performance management, data-led insights, and continuous service optimisation.
