    Project Manager PFH Technology Group are looking for a Project Manager to work with our client in the Mid-West. Location: Mid-West Contract: 6 Months Role Overview: The Project Manager will be responsible for visiting Community sites across the region to assess their readiness for the implementation of the new community application. Key Responsibilities: ?Link in service to ensure hospital manager prioritises the project, enabling the ent wlan team engagement on the floor with dept heads and infection control ?Co-ordinate any links into local IT resources where required ?Manage process at a REO level, co-ordinating the user, CATSO, ENt WLAN team ?Link into local departments to understand their needs example handheld devices, Priority departments, current usage, new initiatives, mobile IP phones etc. Managing and maintaining regional Issues log Engagement with end users at all levels across the organisation Engagement with local service providers for local information with respect to local enterprise wireless requirements Attendance onsite to co-ordinate activities where required Ensuring Knowledge Base documentation is up to date Escalate issues appropriately to management or other parts of the organisation if unable to resolve Work as part of a larger programme team Assist colleagues as requested Candidate Profile: Must have a minimum of 2-3 years work experience working in similar lead role specifically in the following areas: oCustomer Service oProject delivery o Engaging with business users and technical teams Must be solution-orientated and have a problem solving mindset Must take ownership in areas of leadership and problem resolution Demonstrate initiative and proactiveness in all areas of responsibility Must have good Microsoft Excel skills and adequate knowledge of other MS Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word etc) Good at working as part of a team and ability to take lead Demonstrate good analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to understand complex data and recognise discrepancies, gaps and errors Carry out telephone and office communications in a professional, courteous and respectful manner at all times Business Competencies: Leadership skills Technical professional knowledge Strong problem-solving skills Strong planning and organisation skills Ability to adhere to processes working accurately and precisely within set processes and procedures documenting and enhancing where needed.     Project Manager PFH Technology are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. Role Overview: As a Project Manager you will manage the process of planning, coordinating and delegating responsibilities for completing the Programmes specified IT objectives. This may include software development, hardware installation or upgrades, network upgrades, business analytics and data management initiatives. In devising appropriate IT solutions, it is expected that the resource will support and/or manage the development, implementation and provision of a core, enterprise level system across prioritised functional areas. Location: Limerick Contract Length: 6 Months Key Responsibilities: Support the development and facilitate execution of functional plans for each programme stream, ensuring alignment with the overall plan Develop project documentation and reports. Plan and sequence activities for project delivery teams. Coordinate daily project activities. Present any Change requests/Change Logs for approval. Responsible for coordination of reporting from each programme stream on a monthly basis, tracking delivery against objectives. Sign-off on deliverables to the project with Programme Manager as appropriate. Complete assigned projects tasks on time and on budget as per the work plan. Contribute ideas/expertise and collaborate with other team members on an ongoing basis Share project information and knowledge with other team members and interested stakeholders as per the internal communications plan. Escalate any issues or change that might affect the projects success to the Programme Manager. With the Programme Manager, develop recommendations to take to the Steering Group for decision at key milestones in the process. Candidate Profile: Knowledge of IT infrastructure. Experience in integration and transformation ICT projects/programmes. Experience of managing digital healthcare projects to successful outcomes.   • PFH Technology are currently looking for an ICT Cloud & Security Engineer to join our growing team. Location: Dublin 1, hybrid Contract length: 12-months (with expected extensions) Note: Must hold - Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate AZ-500 Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have at least 10-years experience in the following: Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity governance, conditional access, and MFA. Implement Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and role-based access controls. Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint configuration. Configure & manage Microsoft Defender XDR solutions (Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365 etc). Monitor and respond to security alerts using Microsoft Sentinel and other SIEM tools. Apply best practices for securing Azure resources, including network security groups, firewalls, and encryption. Implement Zero Trust principles across identity, devices, and applications. Lead investigations for security incidents and provide remediation strategies. Maintain detailed documentation for configurations, policies, and procedures.
