Your Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a person with Finance and/or Risk Regulatory experience, track record in project and team leadership experience, client relationship management excellence, communication, and business acumen as well as passion for innovation, building high performing teams and culture of trust, respect, and diversity. Client Responsibilities: Manage Regulatory driven engagements with our clients and provide high quality consulting services to a portfolio of clients. Lead teams to elicit business requirements across a range of Finance and Risk stakeholders and translating into practical data and transformational needs. You, and your team, will require the ability to bridge the language of both business and IT/Data delivery to define a common solution. Seamlessly work through ambiguous problems, defining client needs, approach to resolving complex engagements and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders. Manage the delivery of solutions end to end. Create and manage plans, program/project trackers, budgets and work packages. Coordinate cross functional resources and ensure high quality deliverables with adherence to timelines and budgets. Write sharp and concise documents at a suitable for C Suite client level. Deliver presentations to C Suite client level and handle live feedback from clients. Understand EY’s service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients across our range of services. Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Finance and Risk data and reporting matters and stay abreast of emerging business and industry trends relevant to our clients’ needs. Provide analysis and recommendations for Cloud platforms, Regulatory reporting tools, PowerBI or similar tools to support our clients in leveraging the appropriate technology to enhance performance. Develop and maintain long term client relationships and networks. Identify business development opportunities and lead proposal development efforts. To qualify for the role, you must have: Minimum of 8-10 years’ relevant experience. Key areas of experience include previous consulting experience and expertise of regulatory reporting requirements - for example in-depth knowledge of BCBS239, RDARR, IReF, IFRS 9. Experience in developing comprehensive project plans, Statements of Work (SOW), resource models, and process flows, while leveraging expertise in data lineage to ensure accurate tracking and governance across all deliverables. Handson delivery experience across ECB/CBI and BoE/PRA reporting suites, including resubmissions and end-to-end control frameworks. Awareness of EBA Pillar 3 ESG disclosures and EU taxonomy. Experience in implementing, maintaining and leveraging Software as a Service(SaaS) and cloud-based applications in a regulatory reporting environment. Experience in eliciting business requirements across a range of Finance and Risk stakeholders and translating into practical data and transformational needs, ability to bridge the language of both business and IT/Data delivery to define a common solution. A thorough understanding of the data governance requirements for regulatory reporting, including, but not limited to, data ownership, data quality management and data taxonomy. Experience in the identification, evaluation and deployment of the right technology to support our clients’ strategic agenda. Preparation of executive summaries for steering committees; cross entity stakeholder management across jurisdictions and client relationship management skills. Proven track record in leading large and complex (multi-year) regulatory reporting transformation projects and engagements end to end, with experience of applying methodologies such as Prince 2/ Agile/Scrum. Desired, experience in leading regulatory reporting tools i.e. Nasdaq AxiomSL, Regnology, Suade, Moody etc. and experience of producing critical reporting underpinning capital, liquidity and profitability with appropriate control frameworks. Experience of delivering change through multi-disciplinary stakeholders and collaborating across jurisdictions. Strong communications skills, with experience of leading strategy material and presenting to C-suite stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise and develop others, effectively communicate, manage budgets, timelines, and plans, manage client expectations, deliver quality projects.
