Drive the development and maintenance of the SAP Service Management architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and flexibility. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project scope, timelines, and resource requirements. Implement and manage SAP FSM to optimize field service operations. Utilize SAP Plant Maintenance to ensure efficient maintenance processes. Qualifications A third level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position. 7+ years’ experience delivering in SAP Service Management, with a proven track record of successful implementations and support. Experience in implementation of S/4HANA Service Management solutions for utilities industry. Experience with, or demonstrable understanding of, S/4HANA best practice processes, key benefits, and implementation scenarios. In depth knowledge of SAP Service Management and Plant Maintenance Moduls including configuration, customization and integration with other SAP modules and external systems (e.g., SD, MM ).
