Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role, you must have: Minimum 10- 15 years consulting experience leveraging the Salesforce platform, its ecosystem and other emerging technologies. Two Salesforce certifications. Ability to articulate the value of Salesforce as a platform in business to a non-technical audience in a clear and compelling fashion. Experience in designing and delivering solutions in the Salesforce ecosystem – including but not limited to core Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing) and leading ISV solutions. Excellent oral and written communications skills; must be articulate and persuasive. Demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail. Strong business analysis, problem solving and analytical skills. Capable of prioritizing and multi-tasking in a dynamic environment. Ideally, you will also have: Industry specific knowledge (Pharma, Life Sciences, Financial Services). Regulator experience (solution assurance). Experience with one or more Salesforce Industry Clouds. Ability to facilitate requirements gathering workshops with clients to identify pain points and translate functional requirements to technical solutions. Good understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile waterfall methodologies. Ability to drive change and effectively manage projects and stakeholders. Strong organizational leadership and influencing skills.
