End / User Manual Testing: Perform manual testing on various platforms (web, mobile, etc.) to identify bugs, usability issues, and ensure overall product quality. Defect Tracking: Report, track, and validate defects in the defect tracking system, ensuring they are resolved before the product release. Regression Testing: Execute regression tests to ensure that recent changes have not adversely affected existing functionality. Test Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of test cases, test results, and defects. Networking Tests: Conduct basic networking-related tests, such as checking connectivity, IP configurations, and network performance, as part of the QA process. Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings to discuss testing strategies, share knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes. Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years software testing experience throughout all phases of a software testing cycle, including automation experience. Automation and Scripting knowledge, ability to create automated tests utilising frameworks & tools. Good knowledge of databases and SQL knowledge are highly desired. Quality focused with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team. Hands-on experience in agile implementations. Experienced with Atlassian Toolset (JIRA). Knowledge of SDLC tools such as: Jenkins, Rundeck, Gitlab source control.
