Job Summary The Technical Recruiter will primarily support technical hiring in partnership with the Cork-based Digital Center of Excellence (DCOE), with a core focus on full-cycle recruitment for highly specialized technical talent including software, systems, hardware, and IT roles. This role supports technical hiring aligned to DCOE priorities across Acuity’s AIS division, including Atrius, Distech, and QSC. In addition to the Cork DCOE focus, the recruiter will also support broader EMEA hiring needs, which may include both technical and non-technical roles based on evolving business demand. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers across regions, this role delivers strong talent pipelines, relevant market insight, and a consistently high-quality candidate experience. This position is based in Cork, Ireland and will work in close alignment with the Cork-based Digital Center of Excellence. Key Tasks & Responsibilities Primary Focus – Cork DCOE (Technical Roles) Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles supporting the Cork-based DCOE. Partner closely with DCOE technical leaders to understand role requirements. Build and maintain proactive pipelines for high-demand technical talent. Secondary Focus – EMEA Roles (Mixed Scope) Support recruiting efforts across EMEA for technical and non-technical roles. Adapt recruiting strategies to different markets and regions.
