We’re looking for an enthusiastic internal and customer-facing Marketing Communications professional to join the Customer Marketing team within the Influencer Marketing function. This person will report to the Customer Marketing Lead and will be responsible for creating content and leading co-marketing engagements with our EMEA based customers. We’re looking for someone with excellent relationship building skills who is passionate about customer advocacy. This person should be highly organized and requires reflective, analytical, strong and strategic thinking, the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders –someone who can keep all of the trains running on time. You’ll be responsible for managing the technical and administrative aspects of the customer marketing programs systems including the story and content production as well as internal sales enablement pages on Highspot, our customer story database, the wiki page and our monthly reports. We are looking for an experienced Lead for our SRE, InfraSec team, to guide the security of our cloud-based infrastructure. As a Lead SRE, you will be very hands-on technically while also directly managing a small team of SREs. The InfraSec team collaborates closely with other engineering teams to ensure that our infrastructure adheres to the highest security standards. They build essential security infrastructure and implement controls that reinforce the platform’s security posture. This is an SRE team, which means you can expect a highly hands-on approach, tackling the technical challenges of implementing large scale solutions.
