Our People team is looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to be part of the Global Compensation Operations org within the Total Reward team. This is an individual contributor role and can be based remotely in the Ireland region. Key Responsibilities Compensation Operations Core Activities and related Transformation Accountabilities Partner with the Technology, Analytics, and FP&A teams and the broader HR team to own the build and management of the annual cash compensation budgeting. Conduct annual and ad‑hoc total compensation analyses and provide competitive intelligence to the Compensation Partnering team. Maintain MongoDB’s external market data, managing survey submissions for Radford, Pave, Compa, etc., and own the submission calendar. Mentor Comp Pod team members and oversee their deliverables, including BAU work and maintenance of the ZenDesk ticketing system for compensation queries. Assess existing processes to build efficiencies, scale operations, and drive process enhancements via the Pod. Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation operations deliverables such as data integrity, job architecture infrastructure, and system sustainability. Partner with HR Analytics and Tech (RPA) teams to deliver transformational requirements. Create and deliver communications on behalf of the compensation team. Engage HRBPs and compensation partners regularly, escalating issues early when appropriate. Broader Projects and Analytical Support Lead reward transformation projects on behalf of the global compensation team. Collaborate with the broader Comp Operations team for planning and delivery of compensation cycles and analytical requirements. Provide ad‑hoc analytical support to reward leadership for budgeting, competitive analysis, and other organizational deliverables. What You’ll Need to Be Successful Relevant Experience 5+ years of meaningful, complex analytical experience in compensation, preferably in an enterprise‑level public company. Interest and experience in deep analytics and scenario modeling; a mathematical or computer science background is an advantage. Confidence working with diverse stakeholders across multiple time zones in a complex, evolving business environment. Advanced skills in MS Office / G‑Suite, especially GSheets, and ability to navigate a multi‑layered compensation technology stack including Tableau, SuccessFactors, and other systems. Key Navigation Skills Strong communicator across all channels; able to build relationships both in person and virtually, prioritizing workload and managing multiple deliverables. Highly organized, detail oriented, multitasking, and with excellent follow‑through skills. Process oriented with a knack for creating structure in ambiguous situations and finding creative solutions.
