  • Receptionist (Part-time)

    Job Title: Receptionist (Part-time) Responsible to: Sales Brand Manager Main Purpose of Job: We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist within Connolly Motor Group, Volkswagen Ballina. The successful candidate will be required to work 2 to 3 days a week. The days may be flexible for the suitable candidate. The role: The successful candidate will be required to work as part of the team, to continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. This will require you to be the face of the Group, welcoming customers, suppliers and visitors to our showroom. The role involves working closely with the Sales, Services and Parts teams.     Job Title: Sales Manager Responsible to: General Manager Main Purpose of Job: We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Manager to join Connolly Motor Group team, within the Sales team at Audi Sligo. The successful candidate will be required to ensure the team continuously deliver the highest level of satisfaction to internal and external customers. This will require you to ensure the company business plan is met via the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance products. To ensure that the margins achieved on the sale of all dealership products are in line with manufacturer standards. To ensure that the sales team delivers the highest standard of service and that every opportunity is taken to continuously improve working methods and standards. Role Responsibilities: Strategically set objectives and review sales and performance reviews whilst identifying future trends. Formulate and communicate sales targets to each executive. Monitor departmental performance against the budget. Devise and agree sales schedules for the sales team to generate business – on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Constantly review and manage dealership costs. Oversee sales by ensuring prospecting and follow-up activities are conducted by the Sales Team. Actively prospect for new customers by cold calling, emails and use of appropriate databases. Follow the sales process, designed to achieve maximum results from the available sales opportunities. Qualify customer needs and present the dealership's products and services. Ensure stock turn on new and used cars is adhered to, by review of and if necessary, revaluing used cars. Plan and implement marketing strategies with the marketing department. Assist HR with employment relations, recruitment & selection and people agenda queries. Monitor the performance of the sales team, using key measures and addressing areas of underperformance. Conduct regular meetings and updates on any changes with the team. Understand and comply with all appropriate sales legislation and procedures relevant to Dealership departments. Maintain a high level of contact with internal and external customers, suppliers and manufacturer. Identify and resolve dissatisfied customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner. Ensure vehicle valuations to customers are accurate as provided by the sales team. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about manufacturer’s vehicles, market trends and their impact. Ensure adequate resourcing of sales department is adequately staffed to achieve departmental objectives. Comply and operate within Connolly Group Trade Disposal Process. The person: Skills and Competencies: Minimum of 2 years Sales Manager experience required, and Premium brand experience would be desirable. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Sales environment, Motor industry is essential. 3 years’ People Management experience is beneficial. Role Responsibilities: Actively prospect for new customers using the appropriate databases and follow up every sales opportunity through the company website leads, customer enquiry calls and emails. Follow the sales process, designed to achieve maximum results from the available sales opportunities. Achieve the individual profit objectives set by the General Manager. Provide expert and prompt advice to new and existing customers regarding the various products that are available with the sales of their new / used vehicle. Participate in external promotional activities to raise the profile of the brand and generate sales opportunities. Qualify the customers needs and present the dealerships products and services. Establish the most appropriate way for the customer to fund their acquisition (PCP / Hire Purchase / Other funding arrangements), according with FCA regulations. Conduct a structured and professional vehicle handover in accordance with the vehicle handover checklist, guide and customer pack for the appropriate product. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge in respect of all vehicles, prices, promotions, funding and taxation of vehicles. Maintain good relationship and regular contact with all customers both pre and post-sale. Handle customer issues and complaints, resolving the issue to the mutual satisfaction of the customer and the business. Provide completed deal file with appropriate dealer and insurance documentation to the sales administration department to ensure that the vehicle is ordered and taxed on time. Maintain and update customer contact data on Kerridge (CRM System) on a daily basis. Undertake all administration requirements of the position to include relevant paperwork and reports. The role will be based in Galway. The role: To assist the marketing team to achieve and deliver on Group strategic marketing objectives. This role works closely with the Group Marketing Manager to ensure delivery of activities, campaigns events and requests through communication with Management team. Role Responsibilities: Work closely with the marketing team and third-party agencies to coordinate Search and Paid Social campaigns Campaign Execution: Support the setup and execution of group marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and guidelines Performance Tracking and Reporting: Develop and track KPIs for campaigns, including engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
