    The Cork Product Operations team is looking for an exceptional candidate to lead the training team. This role is a key part of the Cork Operations Team, which develops and implements the strategic direction for Cork Manufacturing. As Training Manager, you will own the training processes for production employees as well as drive the wider learning & development agenda for the Product Operations organization by partnering with other stakeholder teams across the Cork campus. This position requires an ambitious and self-driven person with training leadership experience in a production/operations environment.
