Purpose-led work you’ll be part of As Power Platform Tech Lead, you will guide client deliveries within a team of problem solvers, utilising emerging Low-code/No-code development technologies to address detailed business challenges from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include: Helping to lead and deliver multiple concurrent Microsoft Power Platform focused projects for our clients. Translate complex client business requirements into applications and automated processes to service client needs. Develop low-code applications to connect into a wider ecosystem of Microsoft services such as Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Azure, as well as integrating with third-party software. Lead impactful, scalable projects to transform, migrate, and modernise customer environments. Collaborate with cross functional team members to develop and propose Low-code/No-code based solutions to existing and potential clients. Communicate effectively (both verbal and writing) with both IT personnel, executives and user communities. Continuously grow your skills and support your team’s development with the support of the wider PwC network. Apply best practices and patterns from the Power Platform adoption maturity model to ensure customer requirements are met across all domains of a project including governance, performance and security. Experiences and skills: BSc/BA and/or Microsoft certification ideally Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certification. 5+ years proven experience directly leading and implementing solutions to clients utilising areas of the Power Platform ecosystem Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate the rationale behind architectural decisions to a broad set of stakeholders. Development and customisation of Power Apps to produce Canvas, Model-Driven Apps, as well as experience creating published websites through Power Pages. A demonstrated technical proficiency with common data services, data connectors, APIs and experience with programming or scripting languages is highly desirable. Experience and knowledge of leveraging AI capabilities into apps and workflows to enhance automation capabilities, utilise models for prediction or classification scenarios, or integrate intelligent chatbots.
