Implement actions based on insights to continually improve store performance. About You 3+ years' experience in retail management (fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or similar). Strong leadership and team development skills. Proven track record of delivering commercial results. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organisational and time management ability. Desirable Experience with stock management systems. Understanding of visual merchandising principles.
