MSL Park Motors is a principal dealer for Mercedes-Benz, KODA, BYD, XPeng & smart in Dublin. We currently wish to recruit a Vehicle Progressor to join our team based on Navan Road, Dublin 7. As a Vehicle Progressor, you will be responsible for overseeing the progress of new and used cars from initial acquisition to ultimate sale. This is a key role in ensuring a highly efficient, timely and cost-effective vehicle delivery process and excellent customer experience both on the web and physically on the premises. Key duties & responsibilities to include: Arrange and oversee the preparation of all new and pre-owned stock Carrying out a full appraisal on all vehicles as soon as they are in stock using our internal systems. Receiving all new and pre-owned vehicles from outside suppliers and transport companies, ensuring that relevant delivery documentation and spare keys are present. Liaising with numerous internal departments on a daily basis Sales, Service, Parts, Bodyshop, Valet and Management Marketing stock online using photos/videos, training provided. Supporting your colleagues to ensure our vehicles are ready for handovers and delivery. Monitoring and controlling showroom and display areas. Ensure quality of all vehicles meet MSL standards before placing on the forecourt. Monitoring any outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Inspect vehicles before handover to ensure they meet and exceed customer expectations. Any other ad-hoc duties that may be asked of management to help us work as one business e.g. NCTs, delivery of vehicles, collections from customers etc. The successful candidate will ideally: Have motor trade experience, preferably with a service background. Have a full, clean drivers licence. Possess excellent planning, organisational and co-ordination skills. Be efficient, with good attention to detail and follow-up. Work well as part of a team.
