Role Overview: As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Shoda Market Café, Conference & Banqueting, and other food & beverage areas. You will lead the team in providing exceptional service, supporting daily operations, and maintaining high standards across all areas.
