You'll be working in close collaboration with centre managers, candidates and the Recruitment Coordinator to ensure an efficient and high-quality experience for everyone involved. Key Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment administration for 20+ hires per month, ensuring all processes are efficient and compliant. Collect and verify required documentation (CVs, ID, qualifications, Garda Vetting, references, right to work etc.). Maintain accurate candidate records and trackers in Tribepad and shared systems. Liaise with hiring managers to schedule start dates and progress candidates through the onboarding pipeline. Support safeguarding and audit readiness by maintaining up-to-date and complete recruitment files. Book training courses for existing colleagues and assist with onboarding and HRIS data input as needed. What We're Looking For 1-2 years' experience in HR, recruitment, or high-volume administration (ideally in a regulated or safeguarding-focused sector). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Professional communication and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude. Confidence using technology - including email, shared drives, and recruitment/HRIS systems. Understanding of confidentiality, GDPR, and safeguarding principles. Fluent English (written and spoken). Desirable but not essential: experience with Tribepad or Bizimply, and knowledge of childcare sector compliance.
