Job Introduction Facilities Administrator - Tigers Childcare Blanchardstown (With Centre Visits As Required) | Full-time | Permanent | € Role Summary The Facilities Administrator supports the Facilities & Maintenance Team to ensure Tigers Childcare environments are safe, compliant, and of high quality across all centres. The role combines administrative support, statutory compliance tracking as well as planning, scheduling of all planned preventative maintenance s or reactive works. The Facilities Administrator will ensure high standards are upheld in line with childcare regulations and organisational values, contributing to a safe and welcoming space for children and colleagues alike. Duties/Responsibilities Administrative Support Coordinate contractor scheduling, communication, and documentation management. Maintain accurate records of site activities, inspections, service requests, and compliance documentation. Support procurement activities, including tracking invoices and monitoring budgets. Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis of facilities performance metrics. Track statutory compliance requirements, including Fire Safety, Health & Safety, hygiene, and building maintenance. Qualifications & Experience 1-3 years' experience in facilities administration or multi-site auditing. Proven ability to manage contractors, documentation, and maintenance scheduling.
