The Role The Senior Business Analyst ensures delivery of business objectives within agile teams and drives solutions across the portfolio. Partner with UX and architecture teams to deliver exceptional user experiences and scalable solutions. Maintain ALM tools and provide clear progress updates during stand‑ups and stakeholder sessions. Mentor and coach Business Analysts, fostering growth and continuous improvement in analysis practices and tools. Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively apply insights to influence strategic solutions. What You Offer Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 6+ years in Agile environments with proven leadership in business analysis. Salesforce/MuleSoft experience a distinct advantage Strong analytical, critical thinking, and strategic problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Expertise in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and process optimization. Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members. IIBA or SAFe certification preferred.
