Position The purpose of the role is to support audit planning, perform Compliance Monitoring audits of contracted providers and ASL services, perform audit tracking, administration and follow‑up. Key Accountabilities Assist the Compliance Monitoring Manager in maintaining and improving the company Compliance Monitoring System. Evaluate the ASL Airlines published documentation to check compliance with applicable regulations. Perform compliance audits and inspections in Continuing Airworthiness, including Aircraft Maintenance Program, Techlog, MEL usage, Pre‑flight Inspection, Occurrence reporting, Aircraft in Service, base and line maintenance, Engine, APU and component maintenance, and IOSA audits. Identify and record concerns or findings and the evidence necessary to substantiate them. Verify implementation of corrective actions within specified timescales to ensure compliance with standards. Participate in relevant company projects and advise project teams to achieve high‑quality results. Participate in internal and external safety and compliance projects; contribute to development of ASL’s Safety Management System and Compliance Monitoring Program. Maintain competence through continued education and training in the area of responsibility (facilitated by the company). Requirements A Part 66 Licence on Large Aircraft or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Internal Auditor Qualification desirable. A recognised course on Safety and/or Compliance Monitoring Systems, or equivalent, desirable. Knowledge of aviation regulations (ICAO, EASA, FAA, etc.). Fluent English, written and spoken. Excellent PC and MS Office skills. Experience Experience in airworthiness compliance monitoring (inspections, auditing). Experience in aviation (airline, airport, etc.) – advantage. Experience in safety management (risk assessment) – advantage. Experience in business travel or mobility and willingness to travel abroad. Must be eligible to live and work in the EU.
