The Role This position will service customers across the Leinster region, delivering bulk water products and associated equipment while providing a high standard of customer service at every site visit. Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm Key Responsibilities Delivery of bulk 19-litre water bottles, water coolers, and consumables to a wide range of customer sites Completion of all scheduled deliveries and activities accurately and on time Acting as the face of the business on customer premises, delivering a professional and friendly service Working closely with scheduling, operations, and support teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs) Updating handheld / ePOD systems with delivery outcomes, KPI data, and required documentation Supporting customer satisfaction targets through consistent service excellence Requirements Essential Full, clean Category B driving licence Good geographical knowledge of Dublin and surrounding areas Ability to work to tight schedules and manage daily routes effectively Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team Desirable Multi-drop delivery experience Please note: this role involves an element of heavy lifting. xsokbrc Manual handling training is provided.
