    EZ Living Interiors are seeking an experienced and passionate Area Visual Merchandiser to join our Visual Merchandising team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and creative environment. The purpose of this role is to be an ambassador of the Brand and ensure the consistency, quality and sophistication of the visual merchandising implementation on all product categories within set geographical area. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Be aware of visual direction provided by Head of Visual Merchandising, using this direction to effectively enforce the creative vision. Oversee visual merchandising strategies for multiple Store locations, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines. Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to enhance the brand experience and drive sales across various stores. Plan visits to each store frequently to evaluate standards, provide feedback, identify areas for improvement and offer guidance to Store VMs, as well as assist Store VMs with completing store merchandising, visual styling, and campaign implementation. Assist and support the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager with both internal and external projects and events, including but not limited to, new store openings, preparing stores for marketing material and competitions, as well as setting up and being present at Trade shows and exhibitions. Reviewing and analysing sales figures and making floor plans accordingly. Carry out daily walkthroughs of the stores to ensure that the displays are in-line with company standards. Ensuring regular visits and communication to all stores. Liaising with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager for support and further direction when required. Maintain a close working relationship with the team, to ensure the sharing of information and for support. Preferred Skills: Have full clean driver's license. Have proven solid experience in field of Visual Merchandising. Have proven solid experience in management (preferred but not essential). Have experience within Visual Merchandising in the furniture industry, highly desirable. Have great visual design skills with strong retail merchandising portfolio. Be a creative and innovative thinker. Be able to analyse sales merchandising reports and survey results. Be knowledgeable in current visual merchandising best practices. Ensure customer service requirements are fulfilled through the management, effective receipt of goods, order picking, and shipping.
