Key Deliverables: Manage all operational aspects, from recruiting to scheduling, training, and financial management Coach new joiners and enforce SOP to deliver an exceptional customer experiences Prospect, Interview and onboard new joiners Ensure the smooth functioning of our online ordering system & POS Strategically merchandise our food and retail offerings to maximize sales Efficiently manage stock, transfers, and waste logs to optimize operations Be part of our management team and help define the vision of the brand Deliver projects that the business is trying to drive Work closely with our marketing team to come up with ideas & facilitate current campaigns This is a senior role so we are looking for candidates with previous managerial experience of working in a QSR or restaurant chain.
