As a key member of the initial start-up team, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Working as part of a team in the facility, on a paced production line to fulfil production targets on a daily and weekly basis; Working in the production area with duties including cleaning, packing, and labelling; Working in all areas of the production facility; Maintaining good housekeeping standards in all areas; Keeping up to date knowledge of all products; Keeping up to date with all training to ensure you are trained to complete your day-to-day role; Following work instructions in all areas; Complying with Health & Safety regulations; Recording accurate and up-to-date data; Adhering to quality guidelines & SOPs in all production areas; Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements including BRC and HACCP; Maintaining high standards in relation to Environmental Health & Safety work practice; Minimising any downtime on the shift; Recording all relevant information required for production and quality; Physically carrying loads up to 20kg; Ideal Candidate Requirements: Education - NFQ Level 5 or Higher required A minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical device, pharma, or food manufacturing.
