Role Summary
The role of Production Operative (Mechanical) offers an excellent opportunity for a strong performer to further their career in the Switchgear Industry. Reporting to Production Supervisor you will act as an integral part of the production team ensuring that quality products are made to specifications and on time.
Roles and Responsibilities
Carry out assembly and sub-assembly of mechanical and electrical components.
Follow all quality control procedures set by the company.
Adhere to all the company’s Health & Safety procedures.
Assist in the finishing and packing of goods on request.
Work on continuous improvement projects.
Support as needed if requested to carry out other duties within the business.
Deliver all duties in a professional manner.
To learn about our products to assist with servicing queries when required.
Qualifications/Requirements
Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
Min 1 years’ experience in mechanical assembly, with a good aptitude for hand tools.
Previous experience in a similar working environment would be an advantage.
A good appreciation for Health & Safety within the workplace.
Have a willingness to learn, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Self-motivated with good time keeping and attendance.
Good work ethic and attention to detail is a must.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Eligible to work in Ireland. (Work permit sponsorship is not in place for this role.)

Full-time, permanent position.
Schedule: Monday -Thursday 07:30 to 16:30 Friday 07:30 to 13:30
Based onsite in our headquarters in Rathcoole, Co Dublin.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
