Responsible for the generation of daily diaries. (Recording accurate site labour hours and activities). Generate non-conforming issues (NCR’s) assigned to the responsible company. Develop/Manage and close site-specific QA sheets. Ensure all site-based activities are linked to the space management QR codes. Monitor workmanship on site to ensure the works are completed to the highest quality. Programme Responsible for programming (Sub-Contractors) short term programmes. Provide input into the weekly report on progress and programme. Complete daily site duties accurately, highlighting any delays against the programme and why. Welfare, security and public/adjoining owner liaison. Review, comment and approve the risk assessment and method statements on site – either directly or from sub-contractors and that of obtaining a secondary signature from the Project Manager. Ensure everyone entering site are inducted and briefed on relevant RAMS, CSCS cards and certificates are checked and a good level of English is identified. Complete Visitors Inductions where applicable. Close on BIM. Commercial Be conversant with all drawings, specifications, sub-contractors, related information for these works and scope of works. Provide site records and other required information for commercial/cost control. Have an understanding of what is in the Sub-Contractors scopes.
