Your Profile – Knowledge, Skills and Experience Leaving Cert or equivalent is required; must have experience working face‑to‑face with the public in a customer service role. Preferably 1–3 years of hospitality, tourism service or face‑to‑face retailing experience; basic level Excel is necessary. Customer‑orientated, able to build customer loyalty through friendly, professional service. Confident, outgoing and people‑oriented; warm, friendly demeanor and proactive social interaction with customers.
