Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Beverage Manager to join our management team. You will work closely with the Beverage Manager, alongside all other management team to ensure the smooth operation of the Beverage Department, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving business performance. Responsibilities: Assist the Beverage Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Beverage Department, ensuring high service standards. Lead and motivate the team to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Oversee Beverage performance, including revenue management, cost control, and profitability. Support and develop staff through training, coaching, and performance management. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. We are looking for an individual with a passion for hospitality. The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a Supervisory or Managerial role within Beverage Operations. Strong leadership and team management skills.   • We are currently recruiting for the position of a Full Time Receptionist to join our Front Office Team. The hours for the role vary from 8am - 11pm, with the option of early, middle and late evening shifts to ensure the team is fully covered at all times. The role will be inclusive of weekend work. Previous Receptionist Experience would be beneficial to this available role. Key Responsibilities To ensure the smooth and efficient running of reception, to ensure all guests are warmly and efficiently looked after during their experience in the hotel.   • This role will involve meeting and greeting customers and guests in a polite, friendly and inviting manner. The role will ensure that meeting rooms are set up correctly and correct audio-visual equipment is working correctly as required by our guests. The role will involve setting function rooms for conferences and events and assisting in the serving and clearing after these events. The individual will be responsible for assisting guests with luggage to and from their bedrooms as well as assisting other departments within the hotel as required. This is a role that will involve working 5 out of 7 shifts covering both weekends and during the week.
