    We are currently looking for a Finance Associate to work in our Finance Department. This role is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to broaden their Finance experience and work with a dynamic team The Role In this role you will be responsible for Managing the Billing Inbox in prompt and efficient manner Processing bills. eBilling – uploading invoices to eBilling Portals. Posting transactions to the finance system. Processing of electronic fund transfer (EFT) payments. Creating / preparing f journals for posting to the accounting system (using Excel). Reviewing and approving expenses within the Firm's Expense Management System (Chrome River). Reviewing and posting Invoices to the accounting system. Liaising with Solicitors and Assistants in relation to billing queries as well as finance business partnering. Learning how to use the various dashboards in order to understand the financial information Responding to vendor queries. General office duties as required. The Person You have previous Finance department experience, 6 months - 1 year in a similar role in industry. You are proficient in Excel. You have a strong work ethic and are keen to learn. You can work independently and as part of a team. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are comfortable with working to strict deadlines.
