This is a key role focused on generating high-quality leads, quotations, and bid proposals for major clients in the transport and automotive sectors. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end proposal and tender processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Prepare client packs, including quotations, presentations, and tender documents. Interpret customer requirements and respond clearly in writing and verbally. Use tender portals to submit structured, commercially sound proposals. Estimate costs, liaise with suppliers, and draft deal sheets for stakeholder approval. Maintain pricing records and compile commercial reports. Collaborate with internal teams to meet tight deadlines. Communicate directly with clients on commercial matters. Support Sales and Commercial teams in developing compelling bid responses. Organise internal records and assist with business reporting.
