  • Implementation Consultant (Mid-Senior Level) Dublin (Hybrid - just 2 days in office per month) €65,000-€80,000 + 10% bonus, pension, private health, and more Full-time, Permanent Do you take pride in owning projects end-to-end - not just handing them off? Do you enjoy sitting in front of clients, explaining complex concepts clearly, and leading them through to go-live? If so, this could be your next step. About the Role We're looking for a Mid-Senior Implementation Consultant to join a growing digital solutions team in Dublin. You'll be the face of the product for clients, guiding them from sales handover to successful go-live. This means running discovery workshops, designing the solution, configuring workflows, managing integrations, troubleshooting issues, and training end-users. Projects typically run 4-8 weeks (larger/complex ones up to 6 months). You'll join a close-knit, ambitious team where everyone wears multiple hats - and where progression into senior consulting, team leadership, or product-focused roles is expected as the business scales across Europe and North America. Hybrid working: Primarily remote, with just two fixed office days per month (every second Monday). What You'll Be Doing Own implementation projects end-to-end - discovery through to go-live. Design solutions, write specifications, configure systems, and manage data mapping/API integrations. Act as the main client contact, handling workshops, UAT, and escalations. Produce clear documentation and technical playbooks. Work closely with internal consultants and engineers, but remain accountable for delivery. Contribute to scaling internal processes as the business grows. What We're Looking For 3+ years' experience delivering SaaS, ERP, or finance system implementations. Hands-on ownership - you've personally designed, configured, and delivered projects (not just handed requirements to developers). Strong communication: able to explain complex concepts simply and handle tough conversations with clients. Technical capability in SQL, data mapping, and APIs (or a strong willingness to learn fast). Exposure to finance, payroll, HR, or AP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Sage, Tipalti, Glantus, etc.) is a big advantage. Experience working in smaller teams or scaling businesses where you wore multiple hats. The Perks Salary: €65,000-€80,000 DOE + 10% bonus Hybrid working: just 2 office days per month in Dublin HQ Private health insurance (VHI) 5% matched pension Paid maternity leave (after 2 years) 20+ days annual leave (negotiable) Onsite gym, birthday off, regular wellbeing events Why Join? This isn't a light-touch "configuration" role - it's a true consulting position where you'll own delivery, face clients directly, and see the impact of your work. If you're looking for a dynamic, scaling environment where communication, problem-solving, and technical curiosity are valued just as highly as project discipline, this could be the move you've been waiting for.
