Support disciplinary processes, return-to-work interviews, and wellbeing initiatives in collaboration with HR. Liaise with HSENI and HSA, including statutory reporting and investigations. The Person Experience in a senior SHEQ role with knowledge of Electrical/Building Services. Proven ability to operate confidently in client-facing and site-based environments. Excellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge unsafe behaviours and influence change. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.
