What You'll Be Doing This is a full 360 recruitment role, you'll own the entire process from business development through to placement and aftercare.
Winning new business with hospitals, HSE facilities, private clinics, and healthcare providers across Ireland through proactive BD, cold calling, and relationship management Sourcing, screening, and registering allied health professionals including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, radiographers, dietitians, social workers, and more Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, candidate attraction, interviewing, compliance, matching, and placement Negotiating rates with clients and candidates, closing bookings, and maximising margin on every placement Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to generate repeat business and referrals Taking full ownership of your desk, developing your own client base, candidate pipeline, and billing strategy Maintaining accurate records and managing your pipeline through our CRM and recruitment technology platforms Who We're Looking For The right attitude matters more than a perfect CV.

Experience in recruitment, healthcare staffing, or a healthcare environment is preferred but not essential, a strong sales background will be equally valued 360 recruitment or full-desk experience is a plus, though we'll also consider high-performing resourcers or temp consultants ready to step up A natural communicator and relationship builder who thrives on the phone and face-to-face Commercially driven with a track record of hitting targets, winning new business, or growing accounts Self-motivated, competitive, and energised by autonomy, you don't wait to be told what to do Knowledge of allied health professions (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, SLT, radiography, social care) is an advantage but can be learned on the job Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where performance is directly rewarded What's In It For You Uncapped commission structure: top billers in healthcare recruitment regularly earn well above €80,000 €35,000-€40,000 base salary while you build your client book and candidate pipeline Genuine desk ownership: you decide how your desk grows and where you focus your BD effort A 20-year-old brand that gives you instant credibility with healthcare providers nationwide Work across a broad allied health market with strong demand and limited competition off-framework Clear progression path to senior consultant and team leadership as we scale Dedicated compliance and bookings support so you can focus on what generates revenue
