    Design Build Search is recruiting aContracts Managerwith proven roofing and cladding experience on behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable contractor based in Wexford. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple roofing and cladding projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Irish contractor with a strong pipeline of projects nationwide. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and deliver roofing and cladding projects across Ireland in line with programme requirements and key milestones. Develop and update construction programmes Act as the technical lead for roofing and cladding works, providing guidance and mentoring to site and project staff. Implement the companys Safety Management System and promote a strong safety-first culture on all projects. Ensure all roofing and cladding works meet design specifications, industry standards, and client expectations. Manage project costs, including budgets, preliminaries, and subcontractor packages. Work closely with the commercial team to achieve agreed financial and commercial targets. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. The Ideal Candidate Third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience). Minimum of 7years experience managing roofing and cladding projects Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems, cladding systems, faades, and associated interfaces. Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver specialist construction works. Strong understanding of health & safety regulations relating to roofing and faade works. Commercially astute with experience managing costs, variations, and subcontractor accounts. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. Computer literate with experience using MS Office and project planning software (e.g. MS Project or similar). To support this growth, MAVCO are now seeking exceptional talent CONTRACTS MANAGER MAVCO MAVCO delivers large-scale turnkey HVAC engineering systems for industrial clients across Ireland and Europe, including Pharmaceutical, Medical, Food, and Technology sectors. The Contracts Manager plays a central role in the successful delivery of our client commitments. Role Purpose To lead and oversee multiple HVAC/mechanical contracts simultaneously, ensuring MAVCOs contractual obligations, commercial performance, risk management, and compliance are maintained across all projects. Key Responsibilities 1. Contract Management & Governance Manage multiple contracts from award through completion. Ensure all contractual obligations, specifications, and performance criteria are met. Oversee contract documentation, change orders, variations, and risk logs. 2. Commercial Control Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly commercial reporting. Oversee cost plans and financial outcomes in collaboration with project teams. Monitor subcontractor performance, valuations, and payment schedules. 3. Programme & Resource Oversight Work closely with Project Managers to align contract deliverables with project programmes. Ensure resources (labour, materials, equipment) are fully coordinated. 4. Stakeholder & Client Engagement Act as a senior point of escalation for clients and consultants. Lead formal progress reviews, commercial meetings, and contract negotiations. 5. Compliance, Quality & Safety Ensure all contract activities adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and MAVCOs quality-first principles. Support audits, compliance reporting, and commissioning quality checks. Required Skills & Experience Strong commercial acumen with proven experience managing large-scale M&E/HVAC contracts. Excellent understanding of industrial compliance environments. Strong negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Desirable Experience in mechanical packages for pharmaceutical, medical, food, or technology sectors. Mechanical Engineering or Building Services qualification. xsokbrc Experience supporting turnkey project models.
