Analyze key performance indicators and underlying factors to explain financial and operational results, including deviations from annual operating plans and forecasts. Develop, update, and maintain financial reports, including P&L statements, budgets, cost analysis, CAPEX reports, FCF tracking, and savings analysis Perform margin analysis to support pricing strategies and assess product profitability. Provide financial insights to support commercial and operational decision-making. Operational Finance Support Help develop financial KPIs, dashboards, and reporting packages. Contribute to the analysis of business cases for strategic initiatives and projects, for Example Capex/AFE/Investments. Support cross-functional teams by providing data analysis and financial input for decisions for example Inventory, Excess & Obsolescence Business Partnership Build and maintain strong working relationships with commercial, operations, and support teams. Proactively monitor business performance and departmental budgets and identify and escalate potential risks and opportunities. Month-End Close Support Assist with month-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting. Prepare and verify monthly financial reports and dashboards. Collaborate with accounting teams to maintain financial accuracy and integrity. Support Annual Audit and Balance Sheet Review Qualifications Education & Experience Qualified or Advanced Trainee Accountant (i.e. ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA) preferred with a third-level qualification in a relevant field. Minimum 3- 5 years of finance or accounting experience with P&L and related responsibilities. Demonstrable experience in dedicated teamwork within a high-performance, fast paced setting. Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and execute tasks to meet demanding deadlines. Skills & Competencies Strong analytical abilities and an understanding of US GAAP. Excellent attention to detail and well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible with a strong work ethic Creative, innovative, and strategic thinking capabilities. Proficient in relevant computer systems, including Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Business Intelligence tools, and function-specific software. Strong oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
