Position Title: Senior Operations Manager Classification: Permanent Reporting to: Managing Director Location: Shannon Position Summary: ZAGG International is seeking an experienced, strategic senior operations manager to join our Senior Management Team and lead our end‑to‑end operations function. You will manage and lead a team of six, overseeing order management, outbound and reverse logistics, rework, and drive continuous process improvements to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. This is a pivotal opportunity for the right candidate to make a significant impact at a growing company. Responsibilities Oversee and manage all operations functions, including order management, invoicing, returns, 3PL services, customer account management, and outbound logistics Lead, inspire, and develop a high‑performing, collaborative, and value‑driven operations team Champion a high‑performing, collaborative and values‑driven team culture Support the onboarding of new customers and oversee contract review processes Develop operational strategies and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost‑effectiveness Manage and coordinate all rework activities required across the business Develop, implement, and optimise cross‑functional processes between Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Product, Sales teams, and 3PL partners Collaborate with global and local leadership to align operations with broader company goals Project‑manage system enhancements to improve efficiency in order management, returns, invoicing, and reporting Drive the integration of sustainable practices and compliance with health, safety, import/export, and environmental regulations Manage relationships and performance of 3PL partners Define, monitor, and report on operational KPIs to drive performance and accountability Establish and manage 3PL process standards and service level agreements Ensure compliance with Irish, EU, and international logistics, customs, and trade regulations Support the rollout of a B2B portal for small retailers Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives Lead or support cross‑functional projects and initiatives Please note that areas of responsibility may vary, change and/or develop dependent on the business requirements of ZAGG International. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations management roles, preferably in a multinational or fast‑paced environment with a minimum of 3 years management experience Strong leadership experience – able to motivate, inspire, and develop high‑performing teams Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Great Plains or a similar system Excellent analytical, organisational, and leadership skills Knowledge of Irish and EU compliance regulations & trade standards Proven ability to navigate customs, import/export documentation, and regulatory requirements within EMEA and MENA In‑depth knowledge of international trade, tariffs, compliance, and post‑Brexit EU relations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced/expert level in Excel Exceptional organisational, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Customer‑first mindset with a track record of delivering premium service experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr
