Work experience in the industry is desired for the role with any gas and electricity pricing or trading experience being highly advantageous. You should have a deep understanding of electricity and gas markets, and a desire to know and understand more about how our customers consume energy and how wholesale and retail energy markets will develop in the future. You will take primary responsibility for designing electricity, gas and heat tariffs for our commercial customer base and will also support residential pricing. You should be able to take the lead in implementing, tracking and trading hedge strategies, along with providing best in class analysis of the markets we operate in. As we are a data driven company, Ideally, you should have an understanding, or the ability to gain an understanding of tools used to store, query and process databases. Key Responsibilities The Field Sales Representative will generate new customer leads through face-to-face sales - helping prospective customers to analyse and take control of their energy costs. Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential customers and multiple property owners with a focus on high conversion rate. Promote and sell Yuno Energy products/services. Consistently hit/exceed individual targets and KPIs. Execute strategic sales approaches to maximise customer engagement. Overcome objections and close deals effectively, ensuring a high success rate. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales outcomes using CRM tools. Continuously refine sales strategies providing feedback to optimise performance Represent the company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a winning attitude. Full training & development provided to succeed in this role. What you need to succeed: You'll need to be self-motivated, resilient & passionate about sales. A target driven individual, motivated by OTE and quality of service. Ambitious and embraces a challenge - looks for solutions. Have an outgoing personality, ability to communicate clearly and concisely. What we will do for you: Basic salary starting from €30,000 - €32000. Uncapped and Realistic On Target Earnings - realistic OTE of €50,000 in first year. Flexible working options available.
