We are looking for a General Manager Europe to lead our regional organization and accelerate Yuno’s expansion across one of our most strategic markets. This role combines commercial leadership, strategic vision, and cross‑functional influence to drive growth, strengthen our partnerships ecosystem, and elevate our presence among Europe’s top enterprise merchants.
How Yuno will challenge you
Lead the commercial organization for Europe, including direct management of Business Development and Account Management teams
Oversee the commercial P&L of the region with full ownership of revenue growth, margin optimisation and operational efficiency
Provide dotted‑line guidance to Engineering teams supporting local product, integrations and client delivery needs
Build and expand a strong network of key partners, acquirers, payment processors and strategic alliances across European markets
Lead high‑level commercial relationships and C-Level negotiations with top e‑commerce companies in the region
Monitor, analyse and evaluate market trends, regulatory changes, consumer behaviour and competitive dynamics to identify risks and opportunities
Drive cross‑functional initiatives across all business verticals to ensure execution, alignment and measurable business impact
Collaborate closely with the Partnerships team to accelerate co‑selling opportunities, integrations and market expansion
Work with the Marketing team to strengthen regional brand awareness through campaigns, events and strategic positioning
Ensure operational excellence, scalable processes, and high-performance culture across the commercial teams
The skills you need
10+ years in Payments, Fintech, SaaS or e-commerce, leading commercial teams and driving expansion in European markets
Strong B2B enterprise sales background, ideally within large e‑commerce or high-volume digital businesses
Experience in operations, strategy, consulting or business development, with proven P&L ownership
Deep understanding of the European payments ecosystem (acquirers, PSPs, APMs, regulations)
Proven ability to lead high-performing sales and account management teams in fast-growth environments
Experience working with matrixed teams and influencing Engineering and Product priorities
Strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor and data-driven decision-making
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including C-Level engagement
Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus
