    HR Administrator - 6 month Fixed Term Contract Xanadu is seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator & Personal Assistant to support the CEO and provide administrative support across the HR function. This dual role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the CEO’s diary, managing travel arrangements, and assisting with HR administration to support the employee lifecycle. What will I be doing? HR Administration: Support the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communications. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts, new starter packs, and leaver documentation. Maintain HR records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection legislation. Support with office management as and when required. Personal Assistant to CEO: Manage the CEO’s diary, including scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and anticipating scheduling needs. Organise domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and itineraries. Manage correspondence and act as the first point of contact for the CEO. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. What are we looking for? Previous experience in a PA or administrative role, ideally supporting senior leadership.   • Matchbook Betting Exchange - CRM Executive Matchbook is looking for a capable candidate who is ready to rise to the challenge and be part of our dynamic and focused Marketing team to help increase brand loyalty, long-term retention, and revenues. This role focuses on driving customer engagement, loyalty, and retention by leveraging data-driven insights, segmentation, and targeted marketing initiatives through Email, Push Messaging & SMS for our growing portfolio of brands and gaming products in the UK, Ireland, Brazil, and Mexico. Core Duties & Responsibilities: The main duties and responsibilities in this role will include, but are not limited to: Support our Head of CRM to deliver programmes to acquire, retain, and grow our customer base in alignment with the defined CRM Strategy. Create engaging, visually appealing email campaigns and automations, optimising for open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Perform ongoing competitor research and develop responsive recommendations. Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, working closely with the customer support team to correct customer impact. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify problems and develop solutions. Knowledge of and experience with integrated marketing messaging platforms, such as Xtremepush, Optimove, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud. 1-2 years CRM experience in iGaming, Fintech, or similar industry.   • Safer Gambling Manager - 12 Month FTC - Mat Leave Cover The Safer Gambling Manager will be primarily responsible for the ongoing management and delivery of Matchbook’s customer interaction and Safer Gambling programme to ensure that our customers gamble in a safe environment that complies with regulatory requirements across several jurisdictions. Particular emphasis on the continued delivery of Remote Customer Interaction (RCI) guidance in the UK and ongoing development of the internal policy and processes to remain compliant with developing requirements for Financial Vulnerability Checks and Financial Risk Assessments. Engagement with Trade Bodies and Regulatory Authorities as required where necessary. What we are looking for Own and maintain the Safer Gambling Policy, ensuring procedures are current, well-documented, and communicated across the organisation for all jurisdictions.
