Role Description
Role : This is a full-time hybrid role located in Mullingar for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist. The Payroll & Benefits Specialist is responsible for performing end-to-end payroll processing, payroll taxes, handling queries, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and providing payroll services to employees. Additionally, this role involves maintaining accurate records, addressing employee payroll queries, and collaborating with the HR and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate payroll payments.
Responsibilities
Minimum 1 year experience in payroll required
Qualifications
Knowledge of payroll taxes and compliance with tax regulations
Proven experience in managing taxes and other payroll deductions
Ability to provide payroll services and process related tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll transactions
Familiarity with payroll software and systems
Excellent organisational and time management skills
IPASS qualification is desirable.
