Key Responsibilities Oversee HVAC project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Manage schedules, budgets, and project resources while maintaining clear progress reporting. Review engineering plans and designs, initiating adjustments or corrective actions when required. Prepare technical documentation, submittals, and approvals - particularly for regulated sectors such as pharmaceuticals. Carry out HVAC design updates and modifications as needed during project execution. Coordinate equipment ordering and material procurement. Monitor quality control processes across all project stages and report performance to management and clients. Ensure alignment between project objectives, customer expectations, and business goals. Qualifications and Experience Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Building Services, or HVAC Engineering (or equivalent hands-on experience). 2-5 years' experience managing or coordinating technical or HVAC-related projects.
