Deliver exceptional hospitality and resolve guest issues promptly and effectively. Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and operational standards. Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members. Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data, and take corrective action where needed. Drive sales through innovation, promotions, and a culture of excellence. Requirements: Minimum 35 years management experience in a busy restaurant, QSR, or takeaway operation. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent knowledge of food safety and operational compliance. Proven ability to manage budgets, cost controls, and P&L performance.
